Welcome to Aquaa Exchange. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Aquaa Exchange's Website and the purchase of our commercial and industrial water treatment products and services.

1. Products and Services

Aquaa Exchange specializes in the manufacturing, supply, and installation of commercial RO Plants, industrial RO Plants, DM Plants, water softeners, and related water treatment components. All specifications, capacities, and performance metrics discussed during consultation are based on the input water quality details provided by the client.

2. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment Terms

• Quotations: All quotes provided are valid for a period of 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes: Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and freight charges unless explicitly mentioned.
• Payment Milestones: Standard payment terms include an advance payment upon order confirmation, with the balance due before dispatch or upon installation, as defined in your specific purchase order.
• Modifications: Any changes to the project scope, equipment capacity, or site requirements after order confirmation may result in additional charges.

3. Delivery and Installation

• Site Readiness: The client is responsible for ensuring the installation site is ready, including providing necessary plumbing, electrical connections, and civil work before our technicians arrive.
• Timelines: Delivery and installation timelines are estimates. Aquaa Exchange is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

4. Warranty and Maintenance

We provide a limited warranty on our water treatment equipment against manufacturing defects for a period specified in your contract (usually 1 year).

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover consumables (like RO membranes, filter media, cartridges) as their lifespan strictly depends on the raw water quality and daily usage volume.
• Voiding Warranty: Unauthorized modifications, improper electrical supply, or servicing by third-party technicians will void the warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aquaa Exchange shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profits, or operational downtime resulting from the failure or malfunction of our equipment.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
