   We provide RO materials and components only in wholesale. No retail or single-piece sales.
2. Installation
   Installation service is available but charged separately. We do not offer AMC, servicing, or repair work.
3. Orders & Payment
   All orders must be confirmed in advance. Payment is required before dispatch.
4. Delivery
   Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays from courier companies.
5. Returns
   Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Warranty
   Warranty is provided as per the manufacturer’s policy.
